Phuket police have said that they are aware of the identity of two men who fatally stabbed an Australian tourist on the popular Thai resort island of Phuket.
The island’s police chief, Pol Maj Gen Chanasit Wattanawarangkul, said that additional witnesses are currently being questioned and sketches of the suspects were being completed. It is believed that a warrant is likely to be issued within the next 24 hours.
