Randall Robinson is president and chief executive officer of both The Glebe and Culpeper-based Virginia Baptist Homes, of which The Glebe is a subsidiary. VBH was not part of the bankruptcy filing. The reorganization will include more than $2 million in new financing from the Virginia Baptist Homes Foundation. Joy McNabb, a resident of The Glebe and chairwoman of the unsecured creditors committee, said she felt "relief and elation" about the judge's decision.
